IS IT NECESSARY TO WEAR A MASK DURING THE PROJECTION?

A mask is required to be worn during the entire screening, according to Manitoba health protocol.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE FILM FESTIVAL MAY NOT TAKE PLACE ON THE SCHEDULED DATES?

Yes, depending on the tightening of health measures in Winnipeg, the Cinémental Board has scheduled alternate dates for the full public festival. We will notify the public and our partners in due course.

 

IF THE FESTIVAL IS POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE, CAN I GET A REFUND? 

Yes, we will contact you for reimbursement.

 

IF I CANNOT ATTEND A SCREENING FOR WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED A SEAT, CAN I GIVE MY SEAT TO SOMEONE ELSE? Yes. You must call 233-Allô (204-233-2556) (1-800-665-4443) during weekday business hours to provide them with the contact information of the person who will replace you. Or go to our website under the CONTACT US tab. 

 

CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT IN THE THEATRE?

Seats are assigned according to the reservation and the number of people in your bubble. 

 

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON SITE BEFORE THE SCREENING?

Seats can be reserved by calling 233-Allô during weekday business hours. However, if there are seats available, you can pay on site with your credit card, debit card or cash.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF A SCREENING IS SOLD OUT?

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATIONS ON SITE?

Yes, but this is not recommended.

 

CAN I COME IN IF I FORGOT MY ID?

Yes, we will consult the information provided at the time of your reservation in order to confirm your identity.

 

IS THE SPECIAL OF 3 TICKETS FOR $25 VALID FOR A SINGLE FILM OR DIFFERENT FILMS?

Both. You can buy 3 tickets for the same film, or 1 ticket for 3 different films.

 

HOW CAN I VOTE FOR THE AUDIENCE AWARD, GIVEN FOR THE BEST FEATURE FILM OF THE FESTIVAL?

For the Audience Award, you must vote online. Go to Cinemental.com, go to the film's page and check the box of your choice (1 to 4 stars).

 

WILL THE CINEMENTAL SCHOOL PROGRAM TAKE PLACE?

The school program is currently postponed to January 2021. We will notify you in due course.
