Baptiste, a talented but broke impersonator, gets a strange job: answering the phone by pretending to be Pierre Chozène, a famous novelist who, in the process of writing, dreams of tranquility. Baptiste has fun playing as a writer with the publisher, the daughter and the ex-wife. He quickly takes his role a little too seriously. What will happen to them?
