Monika Pilon

Actor, role of Julie in MENTEUSE (COMPULSIVE LIAR 2)

Friday, October 10, at 7 p.m.

Monika Pilon is a graduate of the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Québec (2012). She is an actress, writer, web content creator, and improviser. Her screen credits include the film Le Guide de la famille parfaite and the popular 2020 holiday ads for Lait. She brought humor to audiences through her role as the delightfully over-the-top real estate agent Karoll-Ann Lapoynte-St-Jacques in Le Bonheur (TVA), and as Charlotte in Season 3 of Sans rendez-vous. On stage, she’s been a standout in Revue et Corrigée for the past four years. In 2024, she took on the role of Dolorès in the solo play Bachelor—a classic of Québec theatre by Louis Saïa, Louise Roy, and Michel Rivard. She also appears in the upcoming film Menteuse, directed by Émile Gaudreault.

On stage, Fabrice’s range is remarkable - he moves seamlessly from youth theatre (Hégémonie by Maxime Mompérousse), to performance art (Cabaret Noir by Mélanie Demers), to classical theatre (Macbeth directed by Robert Lepage), which will be presented at Théâtre du Nouveau Monde and Le Diamant in Québec City in winter 2026.
