The series follows Emma (played by Keyla Mingot) and Florence (Irlande Côté), 14-year-old dizygotic twins born to a mixed Quebecois and Haitian couple. By an extremely rare condition, one has black skin and the other white skin. They must redefine their identity after the tragic death of a young black woman in their neighbourhood.
