Antoine et Roxanne tournent un film sur la relation platonique qui a existé entre le Frère Marie-Victorin et son étudiante et collègue Marcelle Gauvreau. Dans les années 50, ils ont réalisé au Québec des travaux et des recherches sur la flore, mais aussi sur le désir humain et sur les tabous de la sexualité. D’hier à aujourd’hui, les mœurs ont changé. Basé sur la réelle correspondance entre le Frère Marie-Victorin et Marcelle Gauvreau.
Antoine and Roxanne are making a film about the platonic relationship between Brother Marie-Victorin and his student and colleague Marcelle Gauvreau. In the 1950s, they carried out work and research in Quebec on flora, but also on human desire and the taboos of sexuality. Morals have changed since then.
